Keynote Sponsorship

We are excited to offer a unique sponsorship opportunity for our upcoming corporate event, featuring two distinguished speakers who are leaders in their respective fields.

The company name and logo will be prominently displayed throughout the event venue, featured on the event website, and in promotional materials.

  • A representative from your company will have the opportunity to welcome guests and participants at the evening reception.

  • Your representative will deliver opening remarks on the event day and introduce the Keynote Speaker.

  • You can co-author a thank-you email to all guests and participants after the event.

This sponsorship provides excellent visibility and networking opportunities for your company. We look forward to your participation!


Keynote Sponsorship Fee: $15,000  * SOLD OUT *

Pre-Summit Hospitality Reception Sponsorship

This is a casual pre-event welcome reception on February 26th from 5 pm – 7 pm.
Benefits:

  • Company name and logo will be displayed throughout the reception area, on the event website, and in promotional materials.

  • The opportunity to provide a promotional item (paid for by the sponsor and approved by NextCon) to each attendee.


Hospitality Reception Sponsorship Fee: $2,500

Lunch and Breakfast Sponsorships

Breakfast and lunch will be served in the main conference room on February 27th.
Benefits:

  • Company name and logo will be displayed throughout the reception area, on the event website, and in promotional materials.

  • Your sponsorship will be recognized during announcements at the Summit.


Breakfast Sponsorship Fee: $2,500
Lunch Sponsorship Fee: $3,000 * SOLD OUT *

Cocktail Reception Sponsorship

Following the day’s programming, there will be an evening Cocktail Reception before dinner and entertainment.
Benefits:

  • Company name and logo will be displayed throughout the reception area, on the event website, and in promotional materials.

  • Your sponsorship will be recognized during the evening’s announcements.


Reception Sponsorship Fee: $3,500

Dinner Sponsorship

There will be a formal sit-down dinner for all attendees, which will include live entertainment.
Benefits:

  • The opportunity to place a promotional item (paid for by the sponsor and approved by NextCon) at each place setting.

  • Company name and logo will be displayed throughout the reception area, on items at the dinner, including centerpieces/table décor, on the event website, and in promotional materials.

  • Your sponsorship will be recognized during the evening’s announcements.


Dinner Sponsorship Fee: $5,000

Evening Entertainment Sponsorship

The Summit's conclusion will feature entertainment from Melanie Jensen, a Mezzo-Soprano accompanied by a Jazz Quartet.
Benefits:

  • Your sponsorship will include recognition during the evening's announcements, your company signage displayed during the dinner reception, on the event website, and in promotional materials.


Entertainment Sponsorship Fee: $2,500

The deadline to order sponsorships is February 14, at 5 PM EST. Signed agreements, payment, and logo/graphics are due by this date.
